If formula feeding, ensure iron-fortified preparation: 6 months. Impaired mobility: thin fragile skin of aging, decreased sensory perception, moisture from urine of stool incontinence, excessive perspiration or wound drainage, shearing injury, poor nutrition. You can estimate the body surface area on an adult that has been burned by using multiples of 9. Heent: health history, pmhx, head or neck procedures. Inferior rectus: lateral rectus, medial rectus, superior oblique.
