Palpation: using sense of touch can confirm points noted during inspection, sow and systematic, light vs. deep palpation, intermittent pressure, bimanual palpation, chara(cid:272)ters assessed (cid:271)y palpation . Presence of tenderness or pain: use particular parts of the hand. Fingertips; best for fine tactile discrimination like skin texture, swelling, pulsation and determining presence of lumps.
