Etoh is alcohol (short hand for ethanol) Therefore not ability to move eye just visual acuity. If you shine a light into a person"s eye and the pupil does not constrict that means there is an issue with this nerve. Sensation: broken down into 3 branches: check, forehead, and mandible.
