Any screening test you do, you should be able to determine if there is something abnormal there. Although some lab physical exam techniques do not really give you any information that brings you to a diagnosis etc. Skin cancer screening guidelines say that you should be screened by a healthcare practitioner every year. Compress capillaries that prevents adequate blood flow to an area and therefore there is not enough oxygen delivery. If you cant feel the back of your heals very well and youre lying down then that means that the skin is compressed enough and it will get worse. Ulcers move to the underlying skin and can even go as far as the bone. Need to constantly monitor the skin of patients and move them around manually. If you are seeing the development of blanching you need to make sure the person is moving around.
