If it"s a wound that"s open like a pressure ulcer use humid dressing or tegaderm. The patient was not offered any pain medication. One quarter of the old dressing was covered with pus. There was no redness or edema, there was discharge of purulence on the wound. The measurement of the wound was twelve centimetres and a sterile technique was used to redress it. Sterile water was used to clean the wound and it was dried with cotton sterile sponges.
