One of the beliefs pertaining to the ojibway, is that everything, both seen and unseen are connected. According to the great spirit, the laws of nature dictate the rhythm of life. He saw that some creatures would ly, some would swim, all lives were interdependent on each other. And with this vision he created the universe and everything in it that we know, and everything that we don"t know. A father and a son on a canoe trip. Leo yerxa was walking along a street in otawa 21 years ago when he was transported back to his childhood on a reserve. It was no longer him watching his son but himself as a boy watching his father. Yerxa is a graphic arist and he decided to record that day for his son.
