Technologies of performance get merged with the waves of boosting peoples self esteem. Monitor compare of those whose agency is activated. Technologies that are going to monitor and evaluate their actual performance in making the right choice. Look at the stats, how many people they"re bringing in, how many needles they"re taking. Monitor and organize the client but the service provider. Look at what we"re doing and how many lives its saving. Od"s have we prevented: as state sees it as innovation, you have to justify you are actually reducing harm.
