Rationale: the accused had a mental disorder that deprived him/her of the capacity to appreciate the nature and quality of the act or omission or to know that is morally wrong. Fitness to stand trial is different from ncrmd: develop an emotional instability, understand the process, understand the facts of your case, have a lawyer. The meaning of mental disorder in section 16(1) of the code.
