Private law is concerned with the regulation of the relationships that exist among individual members of society: public law. Criminal law deals with the crimes, commission of crime is treated as wrong against society as a whole. Administrative law deals with the relationship between the state and individual citizens, and regulates the activities of government agencies: sources of canadian law.
