It provides a conceptual basis of studying the limits and categories of social harm. ^^this is important bc it is at the base of a harm-based test. 2 types of harm that are applied to the harm-based test directly. The supreme court of canada concludes that it constitutes harm in labaye. Right to be forgotten" has the potential to be a right in canadian law.
