Impersonal issues: when you are working with people you do not like and have an impact on decision-making. Individual decision: when a person makes a decision without getting any input from. Majority-rule decision: when a decision is made based on the majority of the people working. Brainstorming: you can use brainstorming or focus groups if you feel like you have a good relationship with your employees. You can use delphi technique if you have plenty of time. The benefit of using this technique is that you can balance out power. Nominal group process: you get a group input so you don"t know whom it directly came from. Decision tree/pmi: in a decision tree you would do the research yourself. Experientially based processes: where you"re going to acknowledge your experience. Interaction process skills: includes all of the communication skills.
