Exams because if you fail/ do bad on the exam the students tend to think the professor is a terrible professor and that they need to be fired. But when they do well on an exam they tend to not even think about the professor. You can become aware of other peoples perceptions. When we talk about verbal communication we are describing the content level of the communication.
