Laios of Thebes is a horrible man whose son, Oedipus is cursed because of laios's
wrong doings

Oedipus's children all suffer - including Antigone

Pelops from Mycenae - receives a curse

Pelops is Poseidon's boyfriend
•
Pelops becomes champion charioteer by poseidon's training

Wins a bride - princess of Mycenae- Hippodamia - using his skill

If he wins, the daughter will become his wife

If he loses, he shall be speared to death

The bride's father gave him a challenge of chariot race

Pelops bribes the groom of the King with gold - weakens the mechanism of the
