Pharmacokineics can be applied in therapeuics in 3 diferent ways: it basically is the passage of drugs across membrane, polar molecules. The diferent components involved with pharmacokineics include: absorpion. Which occurs in the gi tract and other sites of administraion than moves into the blood: distribuion. Primary occurs in the blood ater absorpion, the blood will then be distributed to the various parts of the body: metabolism. The drug begins to get processed by the various body parts, including the lover, kidney and other sites of acion: excreion. Self-explanatory, usually exits the body as either bile, or urine. By applying knowledge of pharmacokineics to drug therapy, we can help maximize beneicial efects and reduce harm.
