Efects that occur in addiion to the desired efect. Complexity of a living animals cannot be simulated. Very diicult to measure small amounts of drug. Not as common as it is in the us. Now they can ine tune the dosage. Got into 1-2000 people now you can ind rare side efects. People will get beter because you are doing something. Important that people don"t know what they are geing. Trails have to be set up that people / doctors don"t know that they are geing the medicaion therefore remove placebo/ alternaive treatment. Problem with german soldiers = shooing themselves to get out of combat.
