Look at modern drugs will be standardized dealing w/ puriied substances and dealing with consistent doses. Misleading to what is on the label. Extracts you need to be careful of unless they are standardized can be misleading. Make sure the label speciics the materials that you want. Saying w/ doesn"t mean it has what you want dosage etc. Since original publicaion people are struggling to reproduce the results that are being claimed.
