He didn"t test posiive for any drugs. Husband was associated w/ a drug scandal. Expected to take substances to enhance athletes" abiliies. Encouraged to used whatever performance enhancing drug they could ind to be a beter athlete. Didn"t talk about what they used b/c they didn"t want the compeiion to know. Dop = alcoholic beverage that contains hallucinogens. Fixing a horse race = dope a race horse. Amount of money = less people bet on that horse = more $ gained. Dope faster horses = make horse sick therefore fast horse would run slower/ long shot would have beter chance at winning. First doping tests were on horses (tested horses before humans) Would consume dif substances to improve endurance.
