Old people use it a lot and get addicted to them because your body tends to get used to them. What dose works, and what dose is toxic. There is a huge fudge factor built into the safety because they make sure to account for the idiots of the world. The indications are often found on the back of the label. More pills doesn"t make your headache go away, it works or it doesn"t, size of your body dictates how much you need. It"s not the substance that makes a difference its how much you take (poison wise)
