Different ways to test reaction time: overaction: stimulus (gun) measure the amount of time it takes someone to react reacting too early, using emg (electromyography measures muscle activation) delsus. Simple reaction time you know what the outcome will be reaction time when you get the stimulus (when each person taps in front and you time how long it takes) Both arms up (choice) reaction time slows down when you introduce a choice. Detect the stimulus and execute response simple. Detect stimulus, identify which one it was, based on that select what hand makes the response and then execute response choice reaction time (multiple step process)
