This process is brought on what has been referred to as mass leisure. Since 1900, the number of cities of 100,000+ has increased 18+. Lack of resources to contend with all these problems. Sport from rural area became illegal; this made many people angry. Therefore, sport and recreation was being made available through commercial offerings. Schools, religious organizations, parks, libraries and organized sport teams were put in place leading people away from more unruly, wasteful and/or disruptive activities.
