Monday, november 2, 2015. Breast milk sold in bottle. How do we know that the lady is not selling milk but in the back is puffing the substances. Giving your milk to health institutions is very difficult. There is a whole series of standards and a lot of people don"t meet the standards. How do we govern our votes. Interest of directors and officers in contract. Location where we want to have these meetings and min requirements to have these meetings. Maybe we want to have a meeting at a given place e. g. a club, a given facility, electronically. The next one will be when we have to deal with indemnification. Liability of directors and staff.
