University is depending class-acting lawsuit against it damaging the reputation of hockey players. Team of 26, only 15 are involved. Members suing university for damaging their reputation by suspending the entire hockey program after the sexual assault surfaced. They are a team and it wasn"t only one player. Pr is more important than the law in those situations. Leadership decision and then the law comes in. There is now impartation of the foreign markets in the works (we can pay someone less money in another country to do the work) In 20 years, the courts will be done electronically. The guides define the rules: they have the legal authority to define the process before a judge: you do not need to have a lawyer, 25k max, making a claim. Not to go to court unless you have to. Serve: system that confirms that you have.
