Statement of claim: need to state the reasons why we go to court, always in front of the superior court of justice (civil court, service ontario shows which business you want to sue. Rules of small claims court: liberally construed. Can bring evidence and explain why this evidence is accurate. Bought a product and have no receipt, explain why judge should trust you: electronic signature required, can skype into court and electronically file documents, everyone makes mistakes. Court might give you an extension, or help you fix it: time.
