Virtual organization: operates a shifting network of external alliances through it and internet: difference between boundaryless and network, give examples. Organizational designs: mechanistic and organic: mechanistic: vertical, bureaucratic, centralized, formal, organic: horizontal, adaptive, decentralized, informal.
