Reduces need for physical space; meeting; traffic. Becomes a dominant new form of meeting. Can still have management but goal is about self-management. More creative industry and innovation style; leaders cannot effectively micro manage employees. Manager could not keep up with all trans functional teams. More autonomy given to the employee or team members. Based on the quality of team workers; team workers and their quality, personality and own leadership style is what defines the success.
