One legal person (or persons) makes an offer and another legal person (or persons) accepts that offer. An offer is a proposition put forth by one person to another person coupled with the indication that she is willing to be held by that proposition. The parties to: reach an agreement on a subject, intend to create legally binding relations, hold legal capacity to enter a contract, were not forced or deceived into entering the contract. Offeror the person who makes the offer to the other person or group of people. Offeree the person accepting the offer. The following four elements must exist: offer writing or oral or by conduct, acceptance, consideration something of value, mental element, intent to create legal relations , meeting of the minds.
