The objective of justice, and justice derives from the restorative/transformative process of healing, hence, healing is a broad notion that encompasses restorative justice. Do have certain parameters - individualizing sentences: Ie. accounting for prior record, mitigating and aggravating circumstances. Any circumstance accompanying the commission of crime that may justify a lighter sentence. Any circumstance accompanying the commission of a crime that may justify a harsher sentence.
