Need to get to the destination in the fast time possible but there"s red light. Did it with peers or no peers. More activity in the social-emotional region for adolescents than for young adults. Teens want to make decision but prefrontal is not fully developed yet so they don"t know to stop and think. Is the teens committing crimes acting out of character. If most adolescent offenders will not continue, what"s the best way to hold them responsible and deter future crime.
