(in contrast to the dsm-5: wisdom and knowledge: creatibity, curiosity, open-mindedness, love of learning, perspective, innovation, courage: bravery, persistence (see slide) Forgiveness correlated positively with cognitive exibility, positive affect, and distraction; it correlated negatively with rumination, vengeance and hostility. The intentionally focused awareness of one" immediate inner and outer experiences. Moment-by-moment attention to thoughts, e motions ,sensations, and surroundings. Losing oneself n the present moment, lack of judgement, simple observation.
