Omission: transience (its gone forever, absent-mindedness (being side tracked because you"re too busy with irrelevant information; temporary, blocking (temporary; too much relevant information that is interfering) Idea that we learn by observing others. Social environment --> if we don"t know what to do, we look to others to know how to t/ what inappropriate behaviour. Cognition triadic reciprocal causation (3 things that cause learning and they all in uence each other) Personal --> self-ef cacy, personality, characteristics, similarity to someone. Behavioural --> outcome expectancies, nature, frequencies, intensity.
