Resolve dtp or escalate to clinical pharmacist on ward if appropriate/available. Medication may require preparation and/or delivery to patient care area. Formulary list of approved medications to supply. In stock dispensary inventory cannot contain every formulary item. Wardstock medications readily available for nursing access in patient care area.
