Indirect violence: cannot speak in that language etc. Not just problem with specific states, but with logic of ethnic purity: once you subscribe to logic, violent logic is easy to follow. Why some people belief that you can create homogenous groups. Essentialize the difference: root of a lot of violence(whether it"s ethnic, religious, or gender)
