Environment changes thus make it easier for adhd to cope. Ask and offer help to someone who clearly need help. Struggling to cope with unable to shut body and brain down will gravitated toward activities that help them to calm down. Endorphins that come with these calm them down. Only a medical dr can rule out other possibilities. Brain more parts activated than adhd w/o stimulations. When children are calmer during those 3yrs, opportunity to teach them strategies. Dosage adjusted according to the kids" weight carefully. State what to do, not what to stop. Be quiet when you try to walk --- good.
