Stages: experience is based on perception, we don"t always believe what we see. Color - better for things that are more important to us temperature - receptors react as needed; do not react to "small" changes. Using images to represent images ie rotating images. Visual changes may not be apparent if a blank screen ickers in-between them. Changes are "hidden", meaning we are blind to the di erences. Thing awareness: they see the di erence but don"t recognize it. Fact awareness: they actually don"t see the di erence. Change blindness - blindness to the facts, not the objects. If we ll in the missing parts, then there really is no snap shot.
