Nasal meatus"s (superior, middle, inferior: paranasal sinuses drain into these conchae. Cvi is end of pharynx and beginning of esophagus. Sagittal section of the larynx arytenoid cartilage: site of attachment of vocal fold/true vocal cord vestibular fold: false vocal cord cuneiform cartilage corniculate cartilage. Cn x innervate muscles of the larynx that are involved in phonation. Regions of the larynx: vestibule, ventricle. Larynx ends a cvi and trachea ends at tiv/tv. R and l primary/main bronchus: these divide into secondary/lobar bronchi, these divide into third generation called tertiary bronchi. Medial/mediastinal surface inferior/diaphragmatic surface/base surface lateral/costal surface apex anterior, posterior, and inferior borders. Hilum: pulmonary arteries, pulmonary veins, bronchi. Fissures: oblique fissure: both l and r, horizontal/transverse fissure: r lung only. Lobes: left lung: upper/superior and lower/inferior lobes, right lung: upper, middle, and lower lobes.
