Medial/mediastinal surface inferior/diaphragmatic surface/base surface lateral/costal surface apex anterior, posterior, and inferior borders. Hilum: pulmonary arteries, pulmonary veins, bronchi. Fissures: oblique fissure: both l and r, horizontal/transverse fissure: r lung only. Lobes: left lung: upper/superior and lower/inferior lobes, right lung: upper, middle, and lower lobes.
