Politics is the distribution of power, setting agenda, and making decisions in a society through a formal organization called government . Max weber has 2 words that relate to the use of the exercise of power politically. Weber focuses on the power of the leader and the probability that a specific group will obey to that leader. : macht (power) Refers to power that has the probability to compel actions despite opposition. It"s the probability that any citizen will be in a relationship and is able to carry out his/her own will despite opposition. And in terms of german, the best translation is power: herrschaft (domination) It"s the probability that a specific group will obey a specific command when it"s given. What you can notice about these two concepts (power + domination) are that. Power is a dynamic relationship at work within a society between people. It"s a character of a relationship: set of values.
