She helps students choose the correct courses to put them onto the right path for a degree that they wish to pursue in. Riza mentioned a specific program for interviews known as the star approach. Star stands for: situation, task, action, and result. Riza was very helpful for teaching us many valuable skills that are technical, and transferrable, i feel that with her techniques i"ll be a more effective, and impactful candidate within an interview scenario. I truly would like to be a course advisor, i find it appealing when i help people understand their opportunities, as well as putting them onto the right path for their career. I personally found riza to be the most intriguing and significant speaker out of the bunch. Next up was chase denomme, who is a arbus alumni who worked at cali, he also had a specialization in digital arts.
