Point of this slide is that theres tremendous urgenity of these aspects, important to understand that there is this diversity. Composite patterns of the main elements of the landscape. Includes landforms (are there mountains, etc), drainage features (is the river meandering, etc, how does the water flow across the systems), soil types, climate, vegetation, land use. Within each region, can make a list and identify specific features of those regions. Energy dynamics within systems is influenced by how much carbon nitrogen and phosphorus is within that system. Energy flow dynamics in all these systems. Result in: drainage systems, climate systems, ecosystems, geomorphic systems, tectonic systems.
