Philosophy why there should be law, questions everything how to reason, how people think over time, quest for meaning (of indefinables) theory. Law order, behaviour/codification of what we consider proper, should be/trying to enforceable praxis (integration of reason and practice) of philosophy, practice of social norm/values practice. E how should you live your life? (the bigger question) ethics. J (circle in the middle is the issue of justice) how should we come together to shape the most important social institutions law justice. Moral law political law (they overlap) ^philosophy learns from the law in terms of morality and policy. Epistemology study of knowledge, are turning to the law/experience of the law, how are evidence gathered and interpreted (i. e. how do you know someone stole something/committed a crime?) Black"s: (cid:498)a body of rules (cid:523)for action or conduct(cid:524) Controlling authority: vagueness (would parental rules consider as a force but to a certain extent, they do), power vs authority.
