What is con ict: con ict is an expressed struggle between at least two interdependent parties who perceive incompatible goals, states resources, and interference from the other party in achieving their goals. Destructive con ict: parties are dissatis ed with the outcomes, winner/loser, con ict spirals, escalatory- overt expression, engagement, de-escalatory- covert expression, disengagement.
