There must be a value that drives you to work/live with. Values- can be ranked according to importants, usually formed in the early years. Value guide hw we make decision about behaviour and events. Terminal values- goals they would hlike to achieve in the life time. Instrumental values- preferable way of behaving in life. People in the same occupation tend to hold similar values . You can see through the executives, union members and activists clusters. Ethnics study of moral values and principles that guide our behaviour, and inform us whether actions are real or wrong. Kent hodgson"s 7 principles, universal values for decision making. Autonomy- all person have right to self determination. Humaneness- our action ought to be good, avoid evil.
