Ex; looking at the world as an economist, sociologist, political scientist, etc. Our disciplinary training tends to analysis the issues we encounter. Holistic understanding in the world of governance. We have to widen our perspective to take into consideration different viewpoints, actors and spheres of authority. Difference between governance and government? it is not a sublet difference. Dingwerth and pattberg proposes: governance is an observable phenomenon. A complex set of structures and process, public and private, multi-scalar, and including a wide range of actors, which seek to regulate social affairs.
