Disagreement over the procedure (how things are done) This kind of conflict can be eliminated if everyone comes to an agreement. Recognize and acknowledge the existence of conflict. People in power often deny the existence of conflict. Look beyond the immediate problem, go deeper to find the root of the problem. Especially important for marginalized and underprivileged communities. While some are speaking, others must be listening. Neither side got exactly what they wanted. Good enough for the conflict to end.
