They are thinking in more of the legal sense of what it means to be a nation. 1830 - revolution in france (july revolution) - riots in france: charles x (10th) Comes to the throne at age 66 - initially everyone loves him. But it becomes very clear that he wants to reestablish the old order. This is when people turn against him. You violate the constitution of freedom of religion .
