Women question if they want to have kids. Education, people busy going to school will not have time for children. Average age of having kids is higher. Highest birth rates in the world are in sub-sahara africa. Having a kid in developing countries means more people to help out, i. e. on the farm. In developed countries, having a kid is expensive.
