Mhc1l like fallafel, has a groove and short peptde that is entrely encased within grooves, closed groove that"s just open at ends. Peptde anchors at each other, stcks to residues on each end and in the middle it bulges up in a curve. Some of these positons can have 20 amino acids in thme mhc peptde binding. Tcell receptor inorder to bind has to recognize the mhc groove on either side and the piece of peptde within the groove. Has to be your immune system that actvated your immune system mhc peptde binding ii.
