Link and analyse individual behaviour to beter target markeing and predict future behaviour: census data: quesions put to and answered by the enire populaion. In canada, it is run every 5 years by stats canada; is a short form consensus: survey data: quesions put to a sample (a porion) of a populaion. Clear quesions and instrucions that are as closed to interpretaion as possible; minimizes construct bias and measurement error. Should relect the form you want the variable to take; should measure what you want to measure. Progression amoung quesions; quesions divided by secions; enjoyable to ill out.
