Some norms apply to everyone in a given society. Deviance: includes, any behaviour or physical appearance that is condemned. Is not necessarily evil, bad, rare, abnormal, unnatural it is an action/behaviour/appearance. Can be openly ugly, weird, unusual, freakish, and disturbing. Other acts are frightening, conspiratorial, or threaten the fundamental rules of society affect social order. Can be viewed as both constructer reality, and as a phenomenon is society that has real causes and consequences can be viewed as ideas and attributes.
