Co also causes less oxygen transfer: alcohol. 1st trimester: most vulnerable stage, critical period. 2nd and 3rd trimester: cns/emotional cognitive effects: poorly planned vegetarian diets. Vegan/restrictive diet b12 is only found in animal products.
