With the help of modern technology businesses can reach beyond our borders to access larger markets: employment relationships. Work life balance: minimizes conflict between work and nonwork demands. Remote work/ telework: when employees use information technology to work from home or other nonwork setting one or more workdays per month rather than coming in the office. Workers experience better work life balance because they have more time and have control to juggle work with family obligations. Reduce greenhouse gas emissions and office expense. Social isolations includer weaker relationships with co-workers. Less word of mouth which affect promotions and workplace relations. Employee need to have higher self- motivation, self organization, And the task do not require office resources: workforce diversity. Workplace need to educate and train employees to create an inclusive work place to improve respet, improve coordination and cooperation among employees.
